Testimonial from Grimalkin Artist & Collective Member Gravedream

Grimalkin Artist and Collective Member Gravedream

Grimalkin has created something that really stands out in today’s musical landscape, and is one of few labels around that share my goals and values. As a marginalized creative, being surrounded by groundbreaking musicians with similar backgrounds, values, and artistic outlooks is an experience unlike any other. Grimalkin has also always had the utmost respect for my autonomy, as well as patience and flexibility with me throughout my rather lengthy creative process, which I’m very grateful for.

The work that Grim and the collective put into supporting and platforming underrepresented artists, coordinating releases, and connecting with community organizations can’t be overstated or appreciated enough. Grimalkin’s steadfast support of non-profit organizations local to their artists, as well as their focus on fostering community and mutual aid is a welcome breath of fresh air compared to the music industry’s toxic and profit-driven mindset.” -gravedream
