There are songs of mine I come back to and love to play. My favorite musicians and ones I love mostly play guitar and sing. They sound great as just themselves. Nothing fancy. But they're songs that move you. Elizabeth Cotten, Malvina Reynolds, Mississippi John Hurt, Flora Molten. All the old folk and blues singers. I want to sound that good. I still have a way to go but I am slowly making my way.
